“Our patented waterproofing systems are designed to meet the challenges and keep your basement dry permanently”.

The Basement Drain Main System is an interior basement waterproofing system designed to give superior protection against basement water seepage.

Superior Protection against Basement Water Leaks!

Rubber Seals Trap Water in the System!

Basement Drain Main uses two co-extruded rubber seals along the bottom of the system to reduce dumping exterior wall water under the basement floor. Instead of dumping hydrostatic pressure under the basement floor, the Drain Main traps the hydrostatic pressure with the two rubber seals and uses the hydrostatic pressure to drive water to the sump pump.

Three rigid gussets create fluid chambers. As water levels rise into these chambers, a water level effect takes over and drives high water towards low water (sump pump) as water always is self-leveling. The three rigid gussets filter debris from floating up into this natural drive mechanism.

Sump Pumps
Our years of experience serving Dublin Ohio has lead us to believe the most reliable and best value in sump pumps are Zoeller brand pumps. Even the best pumps will eventually fail, or they will stop running when there’s a power outage causing ALL electrical pumps to fail. That’s why we recommend a battery operated Sump System to anyone who has a storm water (submersible) sump pump.

Zoeller Pumps are the most reliable professional sump pumps. The 1/3 HP Zoeller Sump Pump is our #1 selling pump. It has non-clogging engineered plastic vortex impeller design with a 1-1/2″ NPT Discharge that is able to pass 1/2″ solid spheres. It is constructed with a float operated, submersible (NEMA 6) 2 pole mechanical switch, an automatic Reset thermal overload protected, stainless steel screws, guard, handle and switch arm assembly. There is a watertight neoprene square ring between motor and pump housing, Cast switch case, motor and pump housing with powder coated epoxy finish.

We have a wide variety of sump pumps to find the best solution for your unique basement.

Backup Sump Pumps
Zoeller Backup Pump provides extra protection when the primary AC pump fails due to storms, brownouts, or when primary pump fails to keep up with excessive water due to rain or overloading and when the primary pump fails due to damage, mechanical malfunction or obstructions in the pit.

Features include 10 amp battery charger without burnout and battery overcharge protection. The pump is a 12 volt highly efficient with noncorrosive pump construction. The 12 volt DC control box is automatic with complete light, alarm indicators and warning system. Control device is a variable level reliable float switch. The pump contains an internal check valve in the discharge and includes an additional heavy duty check valve adaptable to 1-¼” or 1-½” pipe.

Our experienced Dublin Ohio basement waterproofing contractor crews are standing by to help solve your wet basement problems today!
